Step 02 · Get something live

Live in 5–10 days. Live with intent.

A purposeful, conversion-tuned website on a real DO date. The fastest way to get the brand on the web, small enough to ship now, structured enough to grow into the rest of the climb.

What's included in step 02

Six pillars in every Rapid Build. Pick this when you need to be live before the next quarter.

  • 5–10 day sprint. Discovery to launch in two weeks max. We work in compressed loops with daily handoffs so the site lands on the calendar, not the wishlist.
  • Brand-ready hero & CTA system. Hero, value prop, social proof, and conversion-tuned CTAs pulled from your brand system - no placeholder copy, no Lorem.
  • Forms & analytics wired. Contact, lead, and email forms wired to your stack. GA4 + event tracking installed so day-one traffic is measurable, not theoretical.
  • Mobile-first responsive. Designed for the small screen first, scaled up. Performance budget and accessibility baked into the build, not retrofit later.
  • CMS for one section. A single Webflow CMS collection (blog, case studies, or team) so your team can publish from day one - without paying for a full custom build yet.
  • Launch-day handoff & training. A 30-minute walkthrough, a short Loom, and a written runbook. You launch the site and you can run the site.

How a Rapid Build runs.

Five steps in 5–10 days. Each with a DO date, a DUE date, and a daily Loom from the operator on your build.

  1. Step 01 — Brief. Day 0 kickoff - goals, audience, must-haves, and what we are explicitly not doing in v1. One page of decisions.
  2. Step 02 — Wireframe. Day 1 - low-fi structure for every section. We agree on hierarchy and copy slots before pixels move.
  3. Step 03 — Design. Days 2–3 - visual pass on every section using your brand system. One round of feedback, one round of edits.
  4. Step 04 — Build. Days 4–5 - Webflow build, responsive pass, forms, analytics, and the CMS section. Daily check-ins on Loom.
  5. Step 05 — Launch. Day 5–7 - DNS cutover, QA, launch, and a 30-minute training. You take the keys.
