Modern Design

We crafted a visually appealing website that reflects DL3 Realty's mission and values. The homepage features a clean and professional layout, with strategic use of white space and a strong focus on visuals, including project photography and team headshots. This approach helped establish credibility and trust, key to appealing to their investors and partners.

Our team designed custom sections to showcase various projects, such as the Friend Health Medical Campus and Jewel Osco developments, allowing visitors to explore DL3 Realty’s real estate ventures in detail. Each project page includes high-quality images, descriptions, and a clear call-to-action to further engage visitors.

Webflow Development

For the technical implementation, we leveraged Webflow Development to create a robust and scalable website. Webflow’s CMS was employed to build a dynamic project portfolio, allowing DL3 Realty’s team to easily update content as new projects and developments arise.
