Client Background

Dean Commercial, Inc. (DCI) was founded by Byron and Stephanie Chapman over 25 years ago. Since its inception, the company has grown to become a hotel specialist, offering a wide range of services including Construction Management of Hotels, Hotel Renovations and PIPs, and General Contracting of New Hotels. Their commitment to quality and client satisfaction has resulted in long-standing partnerships with many of their clients.

Design Approach

The website design embraced a very modern and contemporary style with a minimalist approach. This aesthetic choice aligns perfectly with Dean Commercial's professional image and their focus on elevating hotels to a higher standard. The clean, uncluttered design allows the company's expertise and project portfolio to take center stage, making it easy for potential clients to understand the value DCI brings to their projects.

Key Features

The website was structured to highlight Dean Commercial's core services: Construction Management, New Builds and Rebranding, and Renovations and Property Improvement Plans. Each service area was given its own dedicated section, allowing visitors to quickly find relevant information. The minimalist design approach ensured that these key services were presented clearly and concisely, without unnecessary distractions.

Content Strategy

The content strategy focused on communicating Dean Commercial's extensive experience, their commitment to quality, and their client-focused approach. The website includes information about the company's mission, leadership philosophy, and partnerships. This content helps to build trust with potential clients by showcasing DCI's values and track record of success in the hotel construction and renovation industry.

Responsive Design

Given the modern approach to the website, responsive design was a crucial element of the development process. The site was optimized to provide a seamless experience across various devices, ensuring that potential clients could access information about Dean Commercial's services whether they were in the office or on-site at a construction project.

Results and Impact

The new Dean Commercial website successfully presents the company as a leader in hotel construction management and renovation. Its modern, minimalist design reflects the company's forward-thinking approach, while the clear presentation of services and company values helps to attract and inform potential clients. The website serves as an effective tool for showcasing DCI's expertise and fostering trust with new and existing clients in the competitive hospitality construction industry.
